Or I would own a cheap 911 right now.

Yeah, I know, the runny-egg headlights or whatever, blah blah blah there will come a day when we all wish there was ANY running 911 for $15k.

Right now on my nearby CL there are TWO and I’m not in an area where you see a lot of these.

Well... exactly. There’s no such thing, and YET. If you get one for $30k there’s no guarantee it won’t also have expensive repairs.

Which is exactly why it’s a good thing I don’t have the money lying around to pick one of these up. Because 10 years ago I probably would have done it anyway. I almost did, and of course now I wish I had... I probably could have either a) had a sweet 911 that I’d never let go of, now that I have kids or b) sold it for a profit by now.

I’ve never seen a hardtop for the cabriolets. Not the most elegant design, but I like it more than the normal top.
